Brighton and Hove Liberal Democrats

Stewart and Brighton & Hove Liberal Democrats join forces in thanking all those who voted for them in the By-election.

They also wish to thank all those who gave their time and effort in supporting his campaign over the last few weeks.

The result was not as we hoped for but given the current feeling towards the Tory Government was to be expected.

Brighton & Hove Liberal Democrats announce that their candidate for the Wish By-election on 8 December is Stewart Stone.

Stewart is a City of Brighton & Hove born and bred resident and is the current chair of B & H Liberal Democrats.

Stewart Stone fuzzy background

Stewart has previously stood in both local and general elections and has built up a deep knowledge of the problems that residents experience in their day to day lives. He opposes the new high rise development as he does not think it has paid sufficient attention to the impacts on local residents. He also feels that it would put further strain on the all ready over-stretched local services for Wish Ward.

Britain in Backlog.

As waiting lists for the NHS get longer, rental housing shortages get bigger, social care failures increase, cost of living shoots higher, mental health services fail, strikes increase, poverty increases, and disability pension claims backlogs climb the Tories are showing they can't be trusted to manage. Incompetence reigns in the Tory realm.

Vote Liberal Democrat for a better city.
