Brighton and Hove Liberal Democrats

Brighton & Hove Lib Dems Annual General Meeting

November 7, 2019 7:30 PM
The Brighthelm Centre (Hanover Room), North Rd, Brighton BN1 1YD

We are delighted to welcome Sir Ed Davey MP back to Brighton & Hove as our guest speaker at this year's AGM. He is the Liberal Democrat MP for Kingston and Surbiton, served as Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change between 2012 and 2015 and last visited Brighton & Hove to launch our local manifesto for the May 2019 council elections.

The business part of the evening will be to elect (or re-elect) our Chair, Treasurer and other members of the Executive committee. In particular, we are looking for a new ordinary member to take on the role of diversity and inclusion. Please get in touch if you would like more information about this or any other role.

You can download the executive nomination form here. Any other two local party members can be your proposer and seconder, and electronic signatures are accepted. Your membership number is printed on your membership card, or you can ask our Data Officer, Simon Jardine (info@liberalbrighton.org) to supply this information.

Doors open from 7.00 pm

Expect a fundraising raffle! Light refreshments will be provided.
